LIGHT STUDY

The situated drawing looks at installing two DIY made lights into the public space around Royal Docks Metals that connects the two developments. The aim was to programme the lights with sound sensors so they create night life atmosphere that directly responds to the audio already on site. The experiment was part of testing a kit of parts that can show the possibilities of transformation of the space into an environment fit for subculture and hedonism. I still have work to do in the way of programming and coding but the small intervention starts to imagine the space as a club space and introduces the passer by to the idea.
